Personal Care

Experienced care staff working with you for companionship, support, live in/24hr care. This includes assistance with washing, bathing, dressing and all care of a personal nature. This service is available on a long term basis, for respite while your regular carer takes a break or for short-term care while you recover from a period of ill-health.

A Nurse Manager will come to your home, at a time convenient to yourself, to discuss your needs, The whole process will be explained in detail, she will then ask you what you require from ANA and a care package will then be designed around your care needs. We will assign suitable Care Support Workers to the hours and days you require as soon as possible or from when you require the care to start.
